The principal activities of BOS Wealth Management Malaysia Berhad (BOSWM MY) are the establishment and management of unit trust funds and the management of private investment mandates. BOSWM MY obtained its Capital Markets and Services Licence from the Securities Commission Malaysia in 21 December 2004.

BOSWM MY is a wholly owned-subsidiary of Bank of Singapore and a member of the OCBC Group.
